We offer houses and appartments to let for holidays and long term rentals
in the heart of the Axarquía.
Some of the accommodations are located in the picturesque mountain
village of Comares from where you can enjoy wonderful views over the mountains
and the mediterranean sea. The others are spread in the surrounding countryside
of the village and offer nice views and idyllic tranquility.
Most houses are equipped with swimming pools, the apartments have balconies
or roof terraces, which offer an impressive mountain panorama and beautiful
views over the mediterranean sea.

Comfortable in the mountains
Casa Montes de Málaga is a detached one-storey house, located
approximately 5 kilometers
from the white mountain village of Comares. It is an andalusian country
style house which has been built recently.
From the swimming pool you can enjoy the beautiful views over the valley
and the mountains.

The house has an open plan kitchen which is equiped with
a cooker and oven, a fridge-freezer and a dining table. In the living-
and dining room there is another large dining table and chairs.
The living room of approximately 30 m² with it's rustic atmosphere,
wooden beams and open fire place is ideal to invite friends for dinner
or spend some quality time with the family.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the others having
2 single beds each. The really nice bathroom is equiped with a shower.
Alle windows have outside shutters.
The washing mashine is located in the annex of the house.

A rustic Country House
This house is charming with it's rustic atmosphere.
It is located approximately 5 kilometers from Comares. This two-storey
house is part of a group of four rustic country houses.

the third has two single beds.
One of the bedrooms is located in the mezzanine, the others in the
second floor offering nice views over the countryside and the mountains.

This apartment is located in the same building as Apartamento Bella Vista, with
access from a different street.
It is a modernly furnished flat with an open plan kitchen,
which is separated from the spacious dining room by a bar.

It is furnished with a large dining table and chairs, a three-piece suite
and television. The modern style fire place heats the apartment in winter.

restored house in the center of Comares.

wardrobes and two single beds each.

he large living room serves as a dining room as well. It is equiped
with a dining table and chairs, a sofa, television and a fire place. The
fire place heats the apartment in winter.

by a bar. It is equiped with a fridge, a two ring burner
and a sink unit.
The washing mashine is in the nice bathroom, which is tiled in

and has a bathtub.

From the roof terrace on the third floor of the house you can enjoy
lovely views over the old arab fortress of Comares and the mountains of
the Sierra Tejeda with it's highest peak La Maroma (2065m).

The apartment is located on the third floor of an old but completely
restored house in the center of Comares (the same as apartamento La Plaza).
Due to it's situation over the roofs of Comares on the upper floor of
the house this flat is ideal for couples or single travellers.

which offers nice views over the old arab fortress of the village and the
peaks of the Sierra Tejeda.
