in the heart of the Axarquía.
Some of the accommodations are located in the picturesque mountain
village of Comares from where you can enjoy wonderful views over the mountains
and the mediterranean sea. The others are spread in the surrounding countryside
of the village and offer nice views and idyllic tranquility.
Most houses are equipped with swimming pools, the apartments have balconies
or roof terraces, which offer an impressive mountain panorama and beautiful
views over the mediterranean sea.

Spending your holidays at Casa Jacaranda means having a great time! The house is situated on one side of the
Comares peak and enjoys exceptional views over the Sierra and the Mediterranean Sea.
This spacious house is ideal for spending your holidays with your family or with friends as it accommodates up to eight people.
The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a very large and perfectly equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room.
The pool is surrounded by a large area equipped with sun loungers, tables and a barbecue located in the middle of trees and the garden.
The waterfall is an extra that not only children will love!

The house is newly built with easy access via a partially concreted track, that leaves the main road towards Comares.
There is central heating throughout the house and a part of the house is air conditioned.
Car parking is possible in the carport and in the wide access area next to the house.

The large kitchen and adjacent dining room are connected by an interior arch.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped with fridge / freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher and all necessary facilities.

The living room with fireplace and several sofas is the most comfortable place in winter, with the fire burning in addition to the central heating.
Here you can watch TV receiving programs from abroad (Germany) via its satellite dish.

Casa Jacaranda has four bedrooms with double beds and a single bed. There is one bathroom with bath tub and two bathrooms with showers.
Another small bathroom with sink and toilet is available to all inhabitants on the ground floor.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning. Another one has a dressing room with wardrobes and access to the roof terrace.

The house Santa Pitar is located in the mountains between Comares and Olias, near the Mount Santo Pitar.
It is a holiday home for those who want to unwind and spend quiet days in nature.
The views from the house are exceptional, on the mountains, the valley of the river Benamargosa and the Mediterranean sea.
The pool invites you to enjoy the summer, have a cool drink and relax on the sun lounger.

It is a modernly furnished flat with an open plan kitchen,
which is separated from the spacious dining room by a bar.

The living room of approximately 25 m² is the heart of the apartment.
It is furnished with a large dining table and chairs, a three-piece suite
and television. The modern style fire place heats the apartment in winter.

fire place heats the apartment in winter.

lovely views over the old arab fortress of Comares and the mountains of
the Sierra Tejeda with it's highest peak La Maroma (2065m).

The apartment is located on the third floor of an old but completely
restored house in the center of Comares (the same as apartamento La Plaza).
Due to it's situation over the roofs of Comares on the upper floor of
the house this flat is ideal for couples or single travellers.
